Return and Refund Policy

You accept the terms below by ordering at Caliora. We have made these agreements to ensure that you are fully aware of our discount and return and refund procedures. These agreements apply to orders in the United Kingdom.

30 day right of return

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return.
  • The 30 days start from the moment you have received your entire order.

Conditions for returns

  • To qualify for a return, the product must be returned in good condition, whether new or slightly used, and accompanied by its original packaging.
  • Products exhibiting excessive wear, damage, or missing components not resulting from our error will not be accepted for return.
  • Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted.

Process for returns

If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Download the Return Form, fill it out, and include it with your return package.
  2. Contact our support team at support@caliora.co.uk to receive your prepaid Royal Mail return label.
  3. Drop off the package at a Royal Mail Service Point near you.

Please note that returns cannot be accepted without prior approval.

Return costs

Return shipping costs are completely free of charge for the customer.

Restocking fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.

Damages and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the product is defective or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@caliora.co.uk so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exchanges

All orders can be exchanged. Please contact our customer service to initiate an exchange.

Refund 

  • Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved.
  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days.
  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, email us at support@caliora.co.uk — we respond within 24 hours.
