Origin and quality of our products
We collaborate with a small network of carefully selected manufacturing partners in China with whom we have built long-standing and reliable relationships. This close cooperation ensures that our products are produced responsibly and meet our quality standards.
To maintain consistent quality, we operate our own storage and quality control facilities in China, where every item is inspected before dispatch. This process ensures that customers receive products that meet our expectations for design, craftsmanship, and durability.
Processing time
The processing time begins on the day you place your order. Your order typically takes 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday) to process. Once our team has completed processing, we will ship your order.
Note: Orders placed after 12:00 AM GMT will be processed the next business day.
Shipping time
The shipping time starts after the order has been processed. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days (Monday to Friday).
This may vary depending on your location.
Total delivery time
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
The total delivery time is approximately 6–13 business days from the day the order is placed.
